We will explore everything from windshield wipers, rockets and ratchets, to cogs and cranes and then put it all together with fun LEGO projects. Some examples of projects are a balloon powered car and submarines. Short movies on "THE WAY THINGS WORK" based off the book by David Macaulay will be viewed to help understand the physics concept being taught. While most of the projects remain the same each year, I encourage a student who has previously taken this class to join us again as physics concepts can be abstract and take time to fully understand.

Tozer, Henry Heinz and King Saul's son Jonathan, they all have something in common: strong, Godly character. Building character at a young age sets our children up for success in life. Part history, social studies, and language arts, this fun class will examine the lives of people who exemplify the kind of character we want to develop.
