Foyer Security 1st

Description:

By the Nursery and kitchen, this person starts the day for everyone, so it's important to be set up and ready at your station before you need to ring the bell. You will need to get your supplies from the black file folder box on the Facilities Table along with a chair and cart from the kitchen. The first period needs to ring the bell at 8:25, the start of class at 8:30, and the end of class at 9:25. Refer to the bell schedule in your folder. Each area has a few responsibilities and these are written in your folders. You will also direct & help people to exits during an emergency, so you will need to be familiar with our emergency procedures, also located in your folder. THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY TRAINING MEETING - time and location to be announced.

Lounge Monitor 1

Description:

Lounge is a semi-quiet place for students and adults to hang out (see the Handbook for all details about Lounge). When the bell rings, take attendance. If students are missing you will need to check with sub-pool to see if the family is out. If the family is here, have someone from the Board Table find the parent so we know the location of the student and bring them back to the lounge if needed.

Main Entrance Security 1st

Description:

At the counter by the Main Entrance downstairs, this person starts the day for everyone, so it's important to be set up and ready at your station by 8:20 am. You will be responsible for monitoring anyone entering, leaving, or passing through the halls. You will need to get out your supplies from the black file folder box on the Facilities Table. Each area has a few responsibilities and these are written in your folder. You will also direct & help people to exits during an emergency, so you will need to be familiar with our emergency procedures, also located in your folder. THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY TRAINING MEETING - time and location to be announced.

First period rings at 8:25 am, the start of class (8:30) and the end of class (9:25). You MUST walk the entire back hallway and through the Fellowship Area EVERY time. Refer to the bell schedule in your folder. Check the restroom BEFORE your hour is over. Each area has a few responsibilities listed in your folder. You will direct & help people to exits during an emergency, so you will need to be familiar with our emergency procedures. THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY TRAINING MEETING - time and location to be announced.

Restroom Security B 1st
