Foyer Security 5th

By Nursery and kitchen, it's important to be ready at your station before you need to ring the bell. Refer to the bell schedule in your folder. You will need to communicate with coffee class and double check the kitchen to be sure it's clean and coffee pots are clean. Before leaving please take out the trash and replace the liner, put the chair and cart away. Put all supplies away in the black file box and the classroom sign and folder in the crate on the Facilities Table. Each area has a few responsibilities and these are written in your folder. You will also direct & help people to exits during an emergency, so you will need to be familiar with our emergency procedures, also located in your folder. THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY TRAINING MEETING time and location to be announced.
Lounge Monitor 5

Lounge is a semi-quiet place for students and adults to hang out (see the Handbook for all details about Lounge). When the bell rings, take attendance. If students are missing you will need to check with sub-pool to see if the family is out. If the family is here, have someone from the Board Table find the parent so we know the location of the student and bring them back to the lounge if needed.
Main Entrance Security 5th

At the counter by the Main Entrance downstairs, it's important to be ready at your station before the bell rings. You will be responsible for monitoring anyone entering, leaving, or passing through the halls. Each area has a few responsibilities and these are written in your folder. You will also direct & help people to exits during an emergency, so you will need to be familiar with our emergency procedures, also located in your folder. THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY TRAINING MEETING time and location to be announced.

Restore Fellowship Area 5th

This can be done during 5th period. This is a good job for a family not registered for 5th, although not required. You'll wipe down all tables and restore according to the diagram in the purple folder at the board table. The office staff will be giving us a set-up diagram as needed. Double check to make sure you have the most current one. You will not be free to leave until the room is completely restored, which usually extends to after school because some of the furniture needed to set-up the room is being used in classrooms.
Restroom Security A 5th

By Lower Floor restrooms, it's important to be ready at your station before you need to ring the bell. You MUST walk the entire back hallway and through the Fellowship Area EVERY time. Refer to the bell schedule in your folder. You will need to check the restroom BEFORE your hour is over. Put away supplies in the black file box on the Facilities table. Put the chair back by the elevator and the side table back between the chairs by the reception counter. Each area has a few responsibilities and these are written in your folders. You will also direct & help people to exits during an emergency, so you will need to be familiar with our emergency procedures. THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY TRAINING MEETING at 12:30, room 10, on the Monday before classes start.
Supervise Chair & Table Returning 5th

The tables and chairs are stored in room 7. You will be the check person at the door. Let people in one at a time so that you can be sure they are putting the tables and chairs away correctly. It is not your responsibility to stack the furniture. You will be expected to stay after the bell rings to end 5th because furniture will still be coming. Plan on being at your station until about 2:10.
Sweep/Vacuum Fellowship Area 5th

A good position for someone not registered for 5th (but not required). Vacuum the entire Fellowship Area. The linoleum floor will need to be swept. The broom is in the closet in the kitchen. This can be started during 5th period and completed once the tables are put away.
Top Floor Security 5th

Top Floor area, it's important to be ready at your station before you need to ring the bell. Refer to the bell schedule in your folder. Vacuum Hallway Lower Level

This is a good restore job for someone who leaves after lunch or 4th period; it can be done at any time after lunch. Vacuum entire lower hallway. Sweep floor at lower main entrance. The broom and dust pan are in the closet in the kitchen. Vacuum the floor at the rear lower entrance, on the other side of the Fellowship Area.
Restore Room
Grade: 9 - 9 Min: 1 Max: 15 (15 seats remaining)

Please read the job description and look at the diagram in the Room #2 Emergency Folder. There is very important information and details that you will need to know to complete your job properly. It's very important that you follow the restore diagram for furniture placement. First, replace liner in garbage and place the garbage in the hall. Clean the boards and tables using cleaning supplies in the room. Sweep and/or vacuum as needed. Return classroom sign and folder to the crate on the facility table in the Fellowship Area.
