An experienced co-op parent is needed for these positions to answer a variety of questions, direct visitors and work the sub-pool check-in.

By Nursery and kitchen, it's important to be ready at your station before you need to ring the bell. You will ring the bell for the end of lunch (12:00), for the beginning of class (12:05), and then again when class over (1:00). Refer to the bell schedule in your folder. Each area has a few responsibilities and these are written in your folder. You will also direct & help people to exits during an emergency, so you'll need to be familiar with our emergency procedures, also located in your folder. THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY TRAINING MEETING time and location to be announced.

Lounge is a semi-quiet place for students and adults to hang out (see the Handbook for all details about Lounge). When the bell rings, take attendance. If students are missing you will need to check with sub-pool to see if the family is out. If the family is here, have someone from the Board Table find the parent so we know the location of the student and bring them back to the lounge if needed.

At the counter by the Main Entrance downstairs, it's important to be ready at your station before the bell rings. You will be responsible for monitoring anyone entering, leaving, or passing through the halls. Each area has a few responsibilities and these are written in your folder. You will also direct & help people to exits during an emergency, so you will need to be familiar with our emergency procedures, also located in your folder. THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY TRAINING MEETING time and location to be announced.

By Lower Floor restrooms, it's important to be ready at your station before you need to ring the bell. You will ring the bell for the end of lunch (12:00), for the beginning of class (12:05), and then again when class over (1:00). You MUST walk the entire back hallway and through the Fellowship Area EVERY time you ring the bell. Refer to the bell schedule in your folder. You will need to check the restroom BEFORE your hour is over. Each area has a few responsibilities and these are written in your folders. You will also direct & help people to exits during an emergency, so you will need to be familiar with our emergency procedures, also located in your folder. THERE WILL BE A MANDATORY TRAINING MEETING time and location to be announced.

By Main Floor restrooms, it's important to be ready at your station before you need to ring the bell. Top Floor area, it's important to be ready at your station before you need to ring the bell. You will ring the bell for the end of lunch (12:00), for the beginning of class (12:05), and then again when class over (1:00). Refer to the bell schedule in your folder. Each area has a few responsibilities and these are written in your folders. You will also direct & help people to exits during an emergency, so you will need to be familiar with our emergency procedures, also located in your folder. This person will walk the building and the grounds throughout the period they are assigned, looking for anything out of place. You will have a walkie talkie to use to communicate to the Board and Security Positions should anything arise. You will need to walk or drive the grounds, rain or shine.
