Life Skills will be a fun, diverse class through which students will learn and regularly practice various skills. We will work toward becoming adept with calendars, telling time, money, and basic geography. There will be regular practice in memorizing the books of the Bible and locating passages quickly. We will learn how to tie shoes, discuss dealing with potential hazards, and learn to play simple songs on a recorder. There will also be plenty of opportunities for speaking and praying out loud in front of the rest of the class to build confidence in public speaking.
