Description:

Discover the treasure of learning how to study the world's best-selling book of all time! This class will give students the tools they need to understand the Bible and apply its truth to daily life. Along with a Biblical overview, we will learn how to do word, character, land and topical studies. Students will examine specific passages using study tools to understand original language, context, culture and thought. Once we have a good grasp of basic Bible study skills, we will go on a quest to find our Messiah from Genesis to Revelation by exploring the feasts, tents, tabernacle, temple, types, shadows and prophecy. Students may also learn basic ministry skills such as sharing the gospel, sermon/Sunday School prep and how to offer Christ's love to others in practical ways.
