Description:

In this class we will be going through “Trim Healthy You” it explains about all the different food groups and why we should be eating real food and what real food can do for our bodies. We will be cooking almost every class period, making some simple things and also more complex meals.

Homework:

There will be some reading homework and questions at the end of each chapter. We will cover a chapter every other week.

Special Projects:

Kids will be asked to practice cooking at home. Sometimes they will be asked to bring something they made to class.
