Exploring Creation with Health and Nutrition is such a fun and engaging course that will help us thrive in life as we cultivate healthy habits. We will learn how to honor God with all aspects of our health; physically, socially, mentally and spiritually. Students will see firsthand how each aspect of health is connected and can impact your life in either a positive or negative way. This class will take an in-depth look at the systems that contribute greatly to our health and well-being, like genetics, identity, temperament, balancing emotions, friendships, family relationships, nutrition, exercise, injury prevention, addiction avoidance, and Christ centered wisdom.
