Please arrive by 8:00am. This is a great job for those with students in 8:00am classes. Please arrive by 8:00am. Set-up 6 round tables in the lounge area with 6 chairs around each table. Stack extra chairs on rack. Place 1 - 8' rectangular table to the left (when you walk in) of the entry doors of the Fellowship Center. Place the bulletin board upright at the end of the table with the mailboxes. Once done with this, please see if the Board table needs help with their tables. Bring the T.V. and overhead projectors (1 TV on a cart, 2 overhead projectors) from the storage under the stairs by room #11 and place in front of the sound booth in the Fellowship Area. Please be available to help out others setting up in this room if they need it.
